Eskating cyclist, gamer and enjoyer of anime. Probably an artist. Also I code sometimes, pretty much just to mod titanfall 2 tho.
Introverted, yet I enjoy discussion to a fault.

Theft.

They’re not gonna actively advertise something unfinished.
People like to say Deadlock is dead because the playercount fell off. But this is the level of attention it gets with just word of mouth.
And the reality is that it’s a pain to keep up with the rapidly shifting mid-development meta, so the majority of players were never going to enjoy the playtest long-term.
Once the gameplay stabilizes and Deadlock fully comes out, it’s going to spawn a new genre craze.
Unknown.
It’ll be running some kind of ARM soc. Hades has been demoed running flawlessly on it. No VR titles yet, but there is no reason they couldn’t work, too.

And once again Konami proves they have no fucking clue what horror fans actually want.
These companies keep trying to grab both bones, completely failing to realize the second bone is a fucking reflection.
They have tapped some genuinely competent studios for this comeback of the franchise, but tightening the screws, like, at all, and this shit will blow up. Setting up four games from the start may already have been a mistake.
If Konami wants more, they don’t need to make more Silent Hill. They have so many alternatives.
FFS, they are sitting on fucking Zone of the Enders, despite Armored Core showing there’s plenty of appetite for that kind of game.
Or how about a modern Castlevania? Anyone?
Or, get this, publish for some small indie studios with neat ideas for completely new stuff, as a low cost way to discover new potential franchises?

It’s cute slice of life with no action.
The MC just happens to be half-dragon and the series is about dealing with each of her over-the-top superpowers as they manifest, and also social stuff.
I’ve been really appreciating the much more mature and serious tone the series takes with social drama, and the dragon stuff is instead what is used to keep the series fun and light-hearted.

Aww yess.
I was certain it would get adapted, but I would have been unsatisfied with a boring 1:1 adaptation.
But KyoAni knows their moe.

The pure violence of their dance move gets me every time.

?
The 580 driver does support wayland, it’s not that old. Or are you worried about future breaking changes since you won’t get updates?
I just switched my sisters old laptop with a 970m over to the nvidia-580xx driver, available on the AUR. Further manual maintenance should be unnecessary until the kernel becomes too new for that.
I even had to enable wayland for GDM because it was trying to use X11 and failing.
She plays minecraft and a couple other games so the nouveau was not an option.

Yeah. It’s almost more like Steam, complete with unmoderated social platform functionality.

Good for him. I wish him the best.
I can’t.
I can’t see how you can get that far ahead without screwing over someone else, or leaving someone you should have brought along behind.
But as I said in my first post, I am constantly amazed how advertising money runs the Internet. And THAT, my anti-capitalist friend, is something that I really, really HATE.
And I hate when those in positions to resist it, become part of the problem instead.
They are gonna get the tiniest little maid, aren’t they.

Success, is when your work produces a bunch of value for you and your employees, financially uplifting an entire group of people.
I’m sorry but I personally can’t see how selling your business so that a bunch of people who are already rich can use it to make even more, is a good thing in the long run.
It’s one of the practices that is keeping the already rich on top, and more often than not leads to the business adopting the same opressive profit focus as everyone else.
No-one looking to buy up or invest in companies is doing so for the good of the product or employees. They might claim they are, but ultimately, the whole point of investing, is getting a return. And once that priority is introduced, the people and the content will never again be first.

Mihon has a setting to flash the display when changing pages to reduce ghosting on e-ink displays.
Which you shouldn’t use. E-ink refreshes are far more complex than simply flashing the screen a solid color, involving multiple steps to massage the e-ink in the panel into a sharp image. These are calculated and done by the e-ink display driver on any decent device, whenever the image on screen changes enough.
Mihon also does the flash out of sync with the actual display refresh (if it’s set to occur on tap), CAUSING ghosting, instead of reducing it.
If you can configure your e-ink device to do a full display refresh on tap, simply do that.
In Mihon, just disable animations, and let the e-ink display driver handle display refreshes.

It’s a majority, unless I’m misreading this.

I’m referring to the overrall trend.
That private equity has been getting into YT in recent years still seems like uncommon knowledge, and that feels more than a little intentional.
To be clear, the additional money has been doing good things so far. Here’s hoping that lasts.

That you can’t do.
It’s possible in some cases but looks like Thunder doesn’t support it for guest profiles.
