    I have no idea how UK labor law works, but it certainly sounds to me like these comments will one day be used as evidence in a lawsuit against the company.

    Sound like shit. If he has time to be on twitter, facebook, Instagram, tiktok or else, it means he doesn’t have much to do in his day work.
