Yesterday things looked great at the city center with the parade and such. Now my partner was invited to have dinner at this Bite of Seattle thing. However we were tired and they decided to go play cards with their friends instead. Apparently 6 people got shot and 2 died. Some people got hurt just from running away. Like yesterday we noticed a huge trip hazard in the median bushes. They divided it with a flexible plastic on posts. So if you run and not notice those things over the plants you’re gonna eat some concrete.
Apparently one of the deceased was a kid. Man that sucks. Why do stuff like this??? So freaking sad.

I’m getting texts from the rumors between the friends and family that were supposed to go there.
I cannot imagine the loss for the family of that kid. I would assume the same for the other person that died. So I’m guessing this week we’re going to find out what the heck happened.
Fuck I normally go to that. I moved just last year or I probably would have been at this one too. Gotta go check in with my foodies make sure they’re okay…
