but other than this we are fairly alright. honestly kinda bored, been playing with some user interface design stuff for android. we bought a ““new”” 8 years old cell phone (sony xperia xz1 compact, in pink) and are planning to install a custom rom on it.
as far as today goes its been just drawing and stuff like that and browsing the internet. we were reasonably lazy with dinner. just boiled some macaroni, added some shallots, oil, breadcrumbs, and spices, then some hot sauce (no we are not very intelligent) and called it good.
medical stuff is also promising, our physician just referred us to a hospital for orchiectomy. unsure about the wait times though, we are definitely worried a bit about them being too long. but yay gender affirming care!!!

It’s our day off from work. So not bad.
i started a new little project recently. we even made a whole plan document with diagrams and everything. i promised myself that i would not reinvent any wheels, and that i would just focus on having a Finished Product.
and here i am, weeks later, tinkering away with my shiny new wheel, because clearly i can do it better than everyone else >_<
i think i’m okay with this scenario though. it makes us feel good to be making stuff and solving little problems, even if it’s not the thing i meant to make. much better than being too afraid to start.
in other news, we’re going to try some new adhd meds next week. i hope these ones are more effective.
