Generally you never win by taking the left or right voters. They already vote for/against you no matter what (or abstain from voting because they are so far left or right that they basically think you and your opponent is equally too far left/right).

You win by making the undecided middle vote for you. Every vote you gain from the center is also a vote your opponent loses.

I was a student so I did not notice the economy as much. It started good but at the end of the year I’ve had two breakups and some severe doubts about my self worth.

First I’d check what could get you in legal trouble. You may have insider information since you were selected for implementing it.

Second step is finding someone that is non technical that is not afraid tell you they don’t understand. In my life that would be my mum, maybe my old English teacher. Then explain to them the situation that you want to explain why it’s a bad idea to a non technical and need their help.

First of all you may be right or wrong about the reason. But you can’t really change looking young (other than by sitting around and waiting, which is not very fun). So you’ll get a lot of mileage by coming to terms with what you look like. For your own peace of mind if nothing else.

You can artificially change your looks to a limited degree with makeup. I’m no expert.

Are you putting yourself into positions where it’s socially acceptable and/or easy for men to approach you? Are you looking like you want to be approached? Headphones on while reading in the library makes me think you’ll want me dead if I say hi. Near me at the table at a social gathering it’s rude of me not to introduce myself and attempt some small talk (as long as you’re not talking to your friends already).

Giving a minority different treatment will cause resentment in the majority. Anything from a scoff because they don’t get told off for telling a mean joke about you to a lifelong maga supporter if you think you did not get a certain job because of affirmative action.

You don’t get access to anything you’re not working with and if you do have access and they found out you used it to spy on your kids then you’re probably getting fired.

Just have to look out for dangerous combinations with dumb. A stubborn risk taker for example.

At work I’m paid for it. The software is very much specialised and while probably possible to run under Linux it’s just too much of a headache.
