3 years agoI use restic. Stop the container, run backup, start container. you can script it to run every night or something.

I run an oracle free vps with caddy reverse proxy to route traffic to my home server over wireguard/tailscale. Been running this setup from last 4-5 years with zero issues.
I just use it to be prepared in case youtube wins the ongoing adblocking war.
