BuT she hAD a FUnNY LaUGh!!!
I will say, if you wanted to get back into gaming, in a healthy-ish way, a steamdeck got me back into casually gaming, and it was nice. Not in a ‘I’m addicted to screen time, staring at my phone, doom scrolling’ kind of way, it was nice to boot something, load a game for 30 min and turn it off when I was tired of playing, and it was nice to play in the livingroom or not be locked away in an office with a monitor in front of me.
I’ve been playing through the old Dungeon Siege game, 30-60 min at a time off and on the last few months.

I really don’t understand how the big powers who wanted Trump didn’t pay enough attention to history to understand this fact. Unless you are the dictator, you are eventually nothing in a fascist regime. Hitler turned on pretty much everyone. How the fuck didn’t they know they’d eventually get cast aside too??

Just a note on this the ram isn’t upgradeable (soldered on), just so OP is aware. Its ‘fine’ for most tasks, but not upgradable.

You probably shouldn’t. There was a post explaining why a few days ago.

$250 for a 12nd gen Intel I would think is a pretty good deal, especially with ram prices slated to increase even further. The storage should be upgradeable if you need to. I guess it’s the ram that isn’t upgradable.
16GB of ram is okay for most stuff. If you’re a heavy browser tab user, it might be a little low when you start programming and compiling things locally on the machine, but for usual school and regular office type tasks, it should be fine.
To upgrade ssd, again ram isn’t upgradeable:

depending on how bad its smashed, using scrcpy might help you back things up and use the phone with your computer, until you’ve accomplished everything you needed to. It mirrors your phone screen to your computer and you can use your computer mouse/touchpad to interact with the phone mirror.
It saved me when i broke my screen and it started to turn purple and then black, spreading from the top side of the screen to the bottom. In a few hours the entire screen was black and I couldn’t use the phone anymore. I thankfully got scrcpy working before that, and could back up all my app data.
Disclaimer, I’ve only used this with a Linux computer so I have no idea how well the windows or macOS versions work.

Sure, the delivery seemed pretty cold to me tho.

What an… Interesting response to this person having cancer. Pretty cold delivery of advice to this person.

Yup. Every accusation is an admission. “She was charging at us with her car!”
…
Proceeds to charge at protestors with their cars.

As an American, why would anyone tour in the US right now? Seriously its not safe to be here, and you’re supporting fascists.
I remember this feeling from Trump’s first term. It was a such a relief with Biden to go back to living normal life and not be checking the news the second I wake up to see what kind of crazy unhinged shit was said, or happened while I was sleeping.

Its so hard for these people to understand that when you spew hate at others, whether through your actions, your words, or through your ballot, that people have less empathy for your than other people that might experience similar hardships and haven’t been spewing hate.
The whole comparison of “you laughed at Charlie thing, and now we’re laughing at ice killing” is so hard for these people to understand why most sane people view these deaths differently.
Person C spent his entire life spewing hate and saying some crazy shit that puts other people down, or in danger with his gun laws thinking, etc.
Person R was just a normal person, not spewing hate as a career.
Cue the shocked Pikachu face when they realize I care more about person R, than person C.
Similarly, if this person voted for Trump and lost his farm, I’m gonna have a lot less sympathy for him, than someone who voted against Trump, and lost his farm.

Wanna explain more?
Sorry, can you expand upon your thought? not getting it.

You tell 'em.

Nice new account after getting banned

They have an account created the day this happened as well. Definitely not suspicious…

Yup, without push back from current administration companies can now riddle everything with fees. My current ISP, Centurylink has started adding hilariously insulting fees. One is $0.83 for “building relocation fees” for when they have to relocation a building if a highway or road changes and their building has to be moved. Bro, thats just the cost of doing business…
What am I gonna do? Move back to Comcast? They know I won’t do that.

I’m not a cross dresser so I have no advice but I just wanted to say, apparently this has been such a historical problem someone made a movie and musical about the situation.
