I don’t think it’s an easy thing, not to mention that it would be better for both if both had the same diet and lifestyle choices (obviously being vegan). For me, being vegan is not just that, but also the only morally right thing to do. So, if my partner wouldn’t at least be vegetarian, this would be so hard, and I’d, at some point, just break up if I notice they don’t understand what all of this is about.

I as a vegaterian who rarely eats non-vegan stuff never try to convert others. I only correct them if they say wrong stuff but also try not to influence them. I think that every human who just watched one animals feel pain in any way should have gotten that being vegan is a no-brainer.

Do non-vegans really refuse to date vegans?

It’s intesting to me to put this that way. Usually I think of things from my own perspective, not from others. I couldn’t be with someone who isn’t vegetarian.

What proprietary features are you missing in GrapheneOS?

Pixel 4a (5g) with stock android.

I tried CalyxOS but as that doesn’t support android auto (I get the why but really need it for navigation). Therefore I switched to LineageOS but my banking app didn’t work there (or rather I needed to configure the OS every time I made an update so that the banking app doesn’t detect my device as rooted) so I switched all the way back to stock.

Now that GrapheneOS sent this toot yesterday, I’m waiting for them to support Android Auto and hope that my banking app also works there :)

For me Molly works but one can’t use Signal betas (obviously) and backups are currupted for me for months.

Well, I’d say they can do that as long as it stays on my device like with Signal.

Sticking to Signal is really the best option

I use my password manager. Better than not using totp but more convenient than another app and no sync between devices. I use a yubico for everything that has to do with money
