Damn! I didn’t know Warframe was developed by a London-based studio!

Not a huge fan of this genre but good luck to the devs for their upcoming game.

edit: For those who don’t know, Warframe is a free-to-play action game. It is really popular. It currently sits at #33 on Steam charts. I remember back in 2017-18 it used be in the top 5. Pretty wild to learn that it was made by Londonians.

They are planning to remove bike lanes from these streets:

• Bloor
• Yonge
• University Ave
• Queen’s Park Crescent
• Avenue Road

The first 3 were already proposed last year, but a provincial judge temporarily blocked it. This year they’ve proposed removal from two more streets.

Removing bike lanes from Uni Ave is criminal. It is used by many students. So sad.

When I was staying in Toronto last year, I would bike everywhere (EVERYWHERE). Despite what many Torontonians say about biking in the city, it is actually quite good (certainly much better than London). The bike sharing service is decent.

When I had just arrived there, I was deciding whether I should get an annual pass ($120) or just pay-per-use. I decided to go with pay-per-use since I was only going to stay there for a month. I biked so much that I ended up spending $200 on the pay-per-use bike rents lol. I should have just gotten the annual pass since I will be visiting again soon.

Anyway, it is so so sad that they are trying to get rid of the biking infrastructure. It is one of the few good things in the city :(

Some businesses were affected though. The Healthy Planet in my area opened very late, when I asked the cashier why, she said it was because of the ‘Microsoft thing’.

Why is it on Google Forms? There are many self-hosted form-building services. Isn’t this the whole point of Lemmy? To avoid centralized services like Google Forms?
