When i check years back it was something like beyond 0.82g / lbs showed either no additional benefit or diminishing returns. For a 150lbs person that would be 75-105g protein, something like 20% of your daily calories in fat, and then adjust your carbs based on if you want to gain or lose weight

Button or switches need to be open or closed. A spring strong enough to force the button to switch when pushed is used because if you were to push it down and let the contacts touch slowly, the contacts would bounce and you’d get multiple clicks with a single press (undesirable). Mice tend to have very little button travel which doesn’t lend itself well to using other kinds of switches which allow smoother / quieter switches.

Some quieter or less clicky switches probably do exist but its at the tradeoff of greater travel distance, mushy feeling or double clicking. I recall a mouse with rubber dome buttons that was discontinued because it feels like crap ans no one bought it

2. shes controlling and wants leverage over you by lowering your self confidence so you become reliant on her (useless) and then threatening to cut you off (leaving you with nothing), therefore you need to act nice to her and appease her

3. she’s a selfish boomer and thinks anything not done her way is wrong and that mental illness isnt real and all of its symptoms are personal failings

Craigslist/fb marketplace can be a good way to find garage sales so you dont have to negotiate a meet up time / place or anything. Also look for estate / moving sales. Check along local roads for signs on upcoming garage sales.

Thrift stores can be ok but can be expensive or not have great stuff if its in an expensive area. Consider going to smaller shops / delis and looking for if they have a section for local business cards; some places will have a section where people will leave a stack of business cards, so you might be able to find smaller thrift/antique shops that way, or find an ad someone has left for upcoming sales.

Posidrive is not that common and not the problem. Phillips heads strip because they’re designed to cam out and prevent snapping heads or overtorquing. JIS is same cross shape but doesnt cam out, which is good for avoiding stripping the heads but makes it easier to snap the head off of screws
