This pages are a demo site by allmendenetz.de for demonstrating how Faircamp - a static site generator for audio producers - and Hubzilla - a CMS for the Fediverse - can work together as one system to present music in a network like the Fediverse.
By the decentralized Fediverse network millions of attendees have the option to get in contact with you, follow and commend your music releases and read all your news without depending on a single network provider.
With Faircamp it is quid easy to generate beautiful looking webpages on your pc for presenting your audio files in the internet.
With Hubzilla audio producer get the option to host this webpages easy on the web and in the Fediverse so that also a combination with your personal network news channel can be easy realized. Also they get the option to distributed files with a fine graded permissions system of Hubzilla. So not every thing has to be public and e.g. special downloads can be granted just to selected contacts and also connect to the Hubzilla shop app.
In an ideal case an audio producer would install such a system under an own domain but also the option to host several artists under one hub URL may be interesting for some.
@P4ulin_Kbana if you are talking of a “platform” your are thinking thinks still form a central point of view.
Think more decentral here
Think of e.g. a lot of connected woocommerce instances and you get an idea of how a decentralized open source market “platform” could work.

Here is an other on: have a look at hubzilla https://hubzilla.org- it runs on a raspi
- has a good working cloud
- can sync accounts
- and you can share photos and all kind of other things to your fedi contacts
Hubzilla is not a specialist for photos but it has all the basic you need… the point is that you could also use the installation for more as for sharing photos

if you post somewhere on the Fediverse, and some Threads user bumps into it, they can follow you, and that will send all that data to Meta. And it looks to include data well beyond the post the Threads user saw.

and that is why #hubzilla and #streams have a permission system to avoid that… you can set up rules and decide who can see your posts and what they can to with it…

to be sure that your posts don’t end up on the META Servers you need to post with ACL - Access Control List - but since lemmy does not offer that jet you may have to use an other fedi software with ACL
@haverholm have a closer look. Actually this news blog goes back to the year 1959. :-)
