Nest is so tragic. Great independent company who made a sleek, high-end, innovative product. Bought by the most evil company* and completely enshittified. I don’t want to create more e-waste, so I still have mine and capitulated to their account demands. I almost look forward to them killing what I have now so that I can support a competitor.

It’s annoying when people don’t stack them in the corrall, but the people who just hook the front wheels over the curb where they parked are literally Hitler. They can’t be bothered to even make it to the cart corral, and take effort to push the wheels up. They deserve untold pain.

I was going to recommend this as well. My local rotary club is vibrant and relatively young (some aren’t) and we do a lot of volunteer work. It’s intentionally apolitical and secular.

I’m just so cynical at this point. His car company is crap, he’s a right-wing joke, but his public company is near an all-time high. I see so many new teslas where I live, it’s so disheartening.
