What games would you use this for that would not just run natively through windows or through wine on Linux?

Just bought an escooter (Xiaomi 5) from PB. With the gas prices as they are I’m hoping it will pay for it’s self pretty quickly.
Is this data ON your Windows computer, or are you mounting it from a NAS?
If it’s on a NAS you can sometimes get around this by having more mounts further up the tree.

Linux@lemmy.ml•Adding Plasma Discover to Bazzite via Systemd Sysext
93·11 months agoThis is interesting, Bazzite abandoning Discover was the final straw for me to dump Bazzite on my TV pc and move back to Kubuntu. I don’t have GameMode anymore but the feeling of being in control is worth it so won’t be switching back

7·11 months agoI use Bottles for this. Takes care of all the technical wine stuff I don’t understand and leave me with 1 “C:/” drive everything can be installed in to rather than having one for each app/game like Lutris does

Are you playing the PC or PSP versions? Craving this kind of game but these old games don’t usually play well with Controller on PC/steamdeck
I use keepass (KeepassXC on desktop, KeepassDX on Android but I’m sure there is an IOS client too) I sync the database between all my devices and my server (hub and spoke) with Syncthing
I keep seeing posts like this and I don’t get it. It’s is just something people think she would say?

KDE@lemmy.kde.social•Plasma 6 will be landing in your #SteamDeck with your next #SteamOS update.🕹️
4·1 year agoI hope this does not come across as rude as I am genuinely curious. Why would a blind person have a steam deck?
I would just delete the artists/albums in lidarr. But make sure the box to delete local files is NOT ticked in the confirmation box. Then run a full scan again to pick up the files again

2·1 year agoIf you have a subsonic/navidrome server I can not recommend Tempo highly enough!
If you plan to have the keyboard cover attached most of the time you will be fine. If you install the surface Linux kernal the touch screen will work but only as a click or click and drag. Things like scrolling/zooming don’t work well.
These things work better in GNOME/KDE but honestly with a keyboard and touchpad/mouse how often would you do this?
I have replaced autohotkeys with https://github.com/espanso/espanso
It does everything I need it to, although I am not sure if it can do the mouse button things you need

It will be interesting to see if this will end up being a better option than a RP5 or RP6
