Our cat kneads my husband’s arm when it’s bedtime. Right arm, never the left one. It must remain outside the covers and easily accessible, but not moving, until said cat has decided he’s done kneading it. This usually takes about ten minutes. No one is allowed to pet the cat while this is happening, or interrupt the kneading in any way.

You can embellish facts in a written report to make it sound like the police acted professionally at all times. Bodycam footage tells its own story so they don’t want to release it if they can avoid it.

Honestly, not really. They might think you’re just confused. Misgendering in that way doesn’t come across as offensive in Spanish as it does in English. There are way more effective ways to insult someone, even if you’re still aiming to demasculate them.

Laser hair removal has gotten much better in a short amount of time. Go somewhere with newer machines and it does not hurt at all. I’m getting it done right now. The only discomfort is the cold gel they use on you.

There are many people who are very blind but not completely so (e.g. really can’t see anything at a distance). They may be able to operate well in a lab environment.

There are people whose mental health issues are rare or can often be prevented with a service animal. Their “breakdowns” are likely not destructive anyway, so no real risk to the lab itself.

Service animals also sometimes help to warn that someone is about to have a seizure, so they can go somewhere safe.
