So, no, higher learning isn’t a scam… however I would encourage searching for a reputable university in an area with a growing need. I’m not sure at the technical level, there’s definitely inconsistencies though. For example, you can’t watch youtube, but I would often get YouTube notifications. Yet, the block was still significant enough all of my “offline” videos stopped working because I hadn’t logged in for 30 days.
