Yeah hold up bro, gotta reloAD MY FUCKING HAMMER

It didn’t take long for Seyshell Beach to fall.
Our enemy was ruthless, efficient - but not nearly fast enough, for you had already primed the hellbomb, and because of you, we raised the flag, spread its message, shattered our enemies’ resolve.
Our victory - your victory, was so close… I wish you could have lived to see it.
But you belong to the Beach.
Your body, your armor, all burned and turned to glass.
Everything.
Except… your courage.
That, you gave to us, and with it, we can re-liberate.

EA has a bad reputation on Lemmy
EA has a bad reputation everywhere, and they mostly deserve it - even if you barely hear about said hatred anymore, because so many publishers and even a few indie devs managed to supersede their reputation.
Ready Or Not, I think?
On the surface it plays like copaganda, some people certainly call it copaganda, it does have some pro-police elements, but there are several bits of lore that points to cases of police corruption or misbehavior on multiple scales.
If you do a bad job too often (which includes harming civilians and surrendering suspects), your subordinates retire (from the police, I assume).
MKUltra.

That was on demand though, not passively fed to Flock

It is a surprise to me, I didn’t know they weren’t doing it yet.

Who Killed Captain Alex, an Ugandan disasterpeace similar to The Room in how much effort and passion the makers put into it (except WKCA has more people in it and it looks like it has a fraction of the budget of The Room (still extremely memeworthy in a wholesome kinda way))
Relevant to the screenshot: [here’s the context]

I didn’t realize how niche of a reference this is when I made the screenshot, but after thinking about it for a few minutes I realized I am unironically unable not to think about this scene every time I hear or read the word “commando”
A service or technology being still halfway dogshit doesn’t seem to be a concern for them, that’s why we’re here in the first place!

I haven’t played it in a while (a decade, even), so I may be mistaken, but I know of Ghost 1.0.
(it’s definitely not “modern” though)
Surely you don’t expect developers not to ship an entire web browser as a dependency for their application?
Anything?
… I’ll see myself out
Not whom you asked, but I imagine it tastes vaguely like canned Heineken

The other?
There’s a whole bunch
Damage
Grievous and permanent injury, even
