Thats awful, especially for everyone who travelled huge distances to be there :( I went once in 2009, it was my first trip to Europe.
They’re both biologically possible.
Extra nutrients.
Sugar and caffeine. I am always tired, I’ve gone 20 years in a constant state of tired. If I sit still for an hour I start to fall asleep. The constant sugar and caffeine intake probably dont help…

Ask Lemmy@lemmy.world•What's the worst road you've ever had to drive through?
4·3 years agoHighway 63, before it was twinned as much as it is. During the oil boom fucking sports cars would appear out of nowhere and try a suicide pass of 8 vehicles coming right at you going the opposite way. Terrifying. A truck tried to pass another way back in 2012 and ended up killing 7 people including an 11 year old girl which sparked the need to twin the highway.

Ask Lemmy@lemmy.world•People who live in Alberta of Canada, what is living in there like?English
2·3 years agoIt’s fine. The weather deals in extremes, very hot or very cold, very dry or torrential downpours and floods. You don’t get taxed much in Alberta but everything is still expensive as fuck. If you aren’t in a high paying oilsand industry it can be hard to get by, the pay scale might be higher than other provinces but rent is artificially kept high because there are tons of people who can afford to spend $1200 on a small 1 bedroom apartment

Im a Canadian, and unfortunetely we use both formats, with no context.
