3·2 years agoI use my KitchenAid stand mixer for shredding cooked meat (throw out those awful bear claws lol). I also bought some cheap off brand attachments to shred cheese and carrots. I now use it almost weekly.

321·2 years agoWhen I was a kid I got in trouble for telling people at church Jesus was “African-american” my dumb kid mind thought that was the only acceptable way to say “not white.” I don’t think I was ever able to explain what I meant.

I have no scientific or educated reason for this, but somehow this seems like a bad idea. Really I think concentrating the heat when so much of the PC is dedicated to cooling the rig down is bothering me…neat idea though.
