The goal is to do something at the same time, and I find it can help with meditation.
Do you use different binaural frequencies for each of your activities? Like theta for meditation, gamma for concentration?
Maybe it is, maybe it isn’t.

- Foliate: .epub reader
- Shortwave: radio player
My brain works in a way that 1 software = 1 single and unique thing, and you shouldn’t have to go through a roundabout way to do that thing.
I realize that if I don’t go, I feel weak, to the point where I struggle to carry a 3kg bag of potatoes.
No doubt because it increases our dopamine levels

And what about DELTA frequencies?
