Nu Metal in general is a very broad category that was never as saturated (from a number of bands perspective). It’s just that the bands that did break through got huge. So now there’s a bunch of nu metal bands with unique sounds that nobody ever duplicated.

My favorite band’s first album released when I was 10, their genre got big about 5 years prior. So yeah, this is pretty accurate.

Did people hate that one? I know people don’t like the remake because it took out a bunch of content. But I remember feeling like Nemesis becoming the face of the franchise for a time.

He has a stutter that he has to overcome. Old age and his sickness that day (as well as being probably the most stressful day of his life) made it difficult to overcome, not to mention him spiraling after the debate went sideways immediately. All of that is reality.

Now, his old age means a mentality decline, absolutely. Pretending it was 100% mental decline is just as false as saying he has had no mental decline at all. We will never know how much each piece contributed to what we saw.
