I used to use musicbee for this. Good app for organising your music on your desktop and you can configure it to convert audio format when syncing to your phone. It’s been a while since I used it, but it did the job nicely

Automatic1111. Was a bit tricky to figure out get up and running, but the install guide is decent. The only tip I can give is that you may need to manually copy the local ip address from the command window into your browser - that took a while to realise. I don’t have any tips on giving good prompts really - I’m just screwing around with it and seeing what works tbh
