Ha I’m from the US actually. Pissed off at my country’s so called leadership. Pissed off at how my country is treating our friends and allies. I’m ashamed of my countrymen.

I’ve handled lots of guns in my life, I respect them. They’re a tool for killing, not a thing to be taken lightly. The USA absolutely, without a doubt, needs much stricter gun control.

I just believe that violent fascists like this deserve the same treatment they’re giving us citizens. They’ve shown us multiple times this year that they’ll shoot first, ask no questions, face no consequences. One day soon, people will start defending themselves from them.

I’m ignoring mine until it either becomes a problem, or society collapses so hard that it doesnt matter.

I’m happy in my personal life, cause of my wife, pets, family, and friends. But otherwise… gestures broadly around not much to be happy about.

I use purelymail, I’ve been really liking it so far. They do like a “pay as you go” kinda pricing, so it ends up being pretty dang cheap, even if you get/send a decent amount of emails. Can use your own domains names, yadda yadda.

I might give self hosting an email server a go one day, but people seem pretty mixed on if its worth it.

110%, and unfortunately nothing will get better until we Americans get up and do something about it. But THAT won’t happen until more of us are personally inconvenienced by this fuckery.

Simply voting them out has a pretty low chance of working long term, made worse by the actions of the elite to sow uncertainty in our election system. On top of that, we’ve been shown that peacefully protesting makes little to no change at all in this situation. When peaceful protesting continually fails, it makes violence inevitable. I have no doubt in my mind that a major violent event will happen eventually here in the US. When will it happen? In November, when fraud runs rampant in the election? If the grift succeeds and Repubs win the midterm, I think all bets will be off at that point.

Peacefulness has failed, it’s guillotine time.
