Did you put it in lost mode? If yes and you got this message you are screwed because they managed to unlock it and access your data or just deleted it to sell it. The best you can do is go to your ISP and report it as stolen and give them the IMEI or IMEI2 number so they can blacklist it.

Whats was your battery health before the reset? If it was more than 80% then try a force reset (search on youtube how to make it)
