It is not even that dark, there was no need for a flash at all.

Vielleicht überrascht dass es weniger als erwartet war.

Lmao, love the downvotes on this.

You know, your first paragraph brings back some of those memories, I definitely remember feeling like that when I played it and would explain why I didn’t play it for long.

Well after something like this it is always either the best thing ever or was a total shitshow.

So it outpaced the profit margins of scientific publishing? Damn! And that article is from 2020 and cited it as 40% for Elsevier, it certainly went up since but surely not to 90%.

I think you are overestimating just how many big companies use a thin client-like system. But I admit I might be underestimating it. Out of personal experience, I used to work for a pretty big global company and every employee got their own work laptop to use. And that was a company with 30.000+ employees worldwide. So maybe that is my bias in this, and I would think companies like that wouldn’t so easily give up their digital sovereignty.

Yeah, it was a pretty good read, although the 4th and last one in the series dragged it a bit more than needed. But that is also the book revealing what I mentioned, so you do need to read them all if you are curious.

The first 2 books are pretty self-contained though and give some glimpse into the AI backstory but not the whole picture.

And you all think all those companies will just fold their cards and go with it? I don’t buy that.

I think they’ve read the Hyperion series written by Dan Simmons and are just parroting how Dan described the Technocore, an entire race of AI entities, got big.

Ok, whats your answer for all commercial companies without their own data centers then? You think they’d all be happy to give up their computers/laptops as well, or pay so much higher prices in the future?

Oh man, I cannot for the life of me remember if I actually enjoyed that game. I just remember I got it because it was so hyped in the media since its concept was so different from all other games.

Aww, now I wanna see how terrible it looked!

Well, but if you do it together with pirating media it does save you quite a bit actually. And since you are doing it for training your local AI models it is obviously not illegal anymore either.

Weil die durchschnittliche Lebenserwartung in Deutschland sich immer weiter verbessert.

I am very conflicted about this. It is very effective but also a terrible way to deter attacks. I mean look at all the Asian countries still cleaning these up and all the pictures of kids with missing limbs thanks to these.

Sorry, don’t know about PS5, just mentioned in response to the other person. If you know PS5 can connect to a bluetooth controller it should work.

Edit: seems like you need a dongle and that one may not work with all 8bitdo’s https://gameloopx.com/blogs/news/are-8bitdo-controllers-compatible-with-ps5

Thick blue line

Second that. My kid loves the 8bitdo Lite controller, much more than the Pro controllers or whatever they are called.
