I’ve been using Surfshark for over 8 years and don’t have any trouble like you mentioned. Then again, I have an ISP (Freedom Internet) I trust more than my VPN (even though i’ve not read anything bad about them) and use Surfshark only for region checks and torrenting on my NAS. I love the apps (for great on all platforms), speed and lots of exit points to choose from.

Maybe you can drill a whole from the outside just enough to view the trace and the copper peg, solder it together through the whole and then close the hole up with a plastic patch and glue. It won’t be the prettiest fix, but soldering seems like a much better connection the this.

And this looks like a real engineers mistake to have such high current flow through such a flawed connection. Be safe though! Test a couple of times before trusting the machine again.

Did that too, but I always make a typo and end up using Qwant. Works great though.

I bought a distiller for €60 capable of distilling 4 liters of water (about 1 gallon) en generates some heat. The electricity cost is way lower than buying 4 liters of distilled water, don’t need to throw away a 4 liter plastic bottles every time and the distiller heats up my room in the winter (when the air is dryest here).

I know at least one kind that had a high degree of aluminium in it. But you also have cheaper kinds that dont have that.

Did this using iodéOS which is a LineageOS distro with more degoogling and os level adblock and filtering build in. Works very well and has been stable for about the 4 heads that its running on my FP4.

Check out iode.tech as well. Like /e/OS, also a lineage OS variant but with build in firewall which you can customize (or turn off). Fast security updates and great default informed FOSS apps (unlike /e/OS).

The combining of subscriptions i s exactly why I like liftoff as well. Used a couple other clients, but Liftoff seemed the most stable and easy for me.
