I think I would be happy to understand what this comic is about.
🇫🇮
Reddit was awesome. It’s sad what became of it. Jumped ships that took me to Lemmy-kbin Land!
I love games, gamification and chat roleplaying, socializing with people, volunteering, different lists and difficult topics!

Ask Lemmy@lemmy.world•Do you feel content warnings are beneficial?
1·2 months agoI think the only thing I have experienced so far about content warnings is that the material behind it/them is interesting to me to look at.

Technology@lemmy.world•I would like to create my own digital chatting "character"English
1·2 months agoHmm. Probably not what I’m thinking about.
I’d need just one “being” that replies to messages.
Writing something as a prompt would give some kind of an answer.
And many prompts could lead to many answers.
What is this? Some kind of a next-level ruler?
(the image is quite unclear to me)

1·2 months agoPower and money are easily the biggest goals and wants that lots of people have.
But I do (still) trust in the goodness of men.
I’d argue that e.g. an open source system could have a (more) benevolent cause and help someone with these problems without using data (gained) for profit. No surveillance (or monitoring) and no data gathering means you cannot see how good/bad something (such as a behavior) is. And in such a situation it’s difficult to come up with tools to help, if there’s “no problem to give help to”.
(One can always self-monitor e.g. time spent in an app)
Not all possible solutions fit for everyone.
Yes, the surroundings affect the tools you can use. It’s still important to come up with ideas though. Such as - you can grab a pillow and scream against that, to make less noise 🙂
Well…it would certainly be a better idea than, like, cutting yourself…especially if it’s enough to calm you down.
I get an impression that you would have wanted different advice? Or that my answer surprised you somehow?
Maybe coming up with coded messages? With a code language.
(they don’t need to be difficult)

Why are they taking these videos down?
I find this cute! ♥️
Mine would be pink, I think

6·4 months agoIs it just me or is the whole comic image too blurry to ready any of the text?
EDIR: Oh, there’s a HD button
Yes, it was Bazzite 😊 It was recommended by a friend.
I wonder are there solutions with “soft drops of levels”.
So, instead of blocking everything or allowing everything, you could gradually let more volume in specific noises.

No Stupid Questions@lemmy.world•Do you ever feel full and hungry simultaneously?
2·5 months agoWith food? I don’t feel empty after eating enough.
Theres one another, specific need where I can feel empty and full at the same time though…
I can barely deal with anything more complicated after dividing and percent, I think. (I last studied math at trade school like 15 years ago, in Europe)
Do not be afraid to ask help if you’re in a tight spot. Family, friends, professionals or other people that could help you out.
Use different outlets to discharge bad feelings. Write, paint, chop wood, scream in the forest. Watch soothing popculture material that helps you to deal with the same topics.

22·5 months agoThen again - it would probably be asked too much from parents to keep an eye on their kids all the time, every second. Even when they are not around their kid (like, during school).
(Responsible) Services should be viewed, and controlled from more than only one point of view/party. (Just like everything else as well)

Is it generally less spoken out to friends and family of mental problems compared to physical ailments?
