4·3 months agoYou can buy an immersive metal strainer for not too expensive and some loose leaf tea, on top of having less microplastics, it’s significantly higher quality (tea in bags is dust left over after the processing of loose leaf tea).
Also, and this is genuine confusion so sorry, what do you mean by it’s sexist to use the term normally? Is the name of a strainer or cheesecloth or something sexist? Genuine confusion, sorry, I don’t understand that part of the text.

4·3 months agoAround a year ago I started being uncomfortable, but it’s gotten worse recently. When I am in a comfortable environment like home, I am able to look myself in the mirror without much discomfort, but a recent shopping trip left me in a panic due to how many mirrors and reflective surfaces there were (in the cold section).
I’ve been feeling quite stressed lately, however, when I look back upon my life and mental health journey, I see that I am much better than I was years ago, and that gives me the confidence to keep going.
