Sounds like your company needs to add educational programs so they can see the bigger picture. The opposite is also true. Plenty of managers whether project or people don’t know anything technical and create more issues than would ever be acceptable for someone way below their pay grade would afforded.

I’m not a medical professional, but I’ve seen breakdowns of similar wounds. I think this can be compared to being shot in the heart. It creates a massive blood pressure increase that my guess in this case causes the brain to react with fencing. Part of me agrees with you. The other part of me knows how well capitalism can pivot so much quicker than laws can be made to curtail the bad practices, that the system seems to be the issue. Maybe the government is the issue too, but it’s a lot of bad faith companies that ruins the bunch. Forward thinking and progressive thinking with quick measured action could do it, but most people who are elected aren’t capable of that or are too compromised to make anything work.

That’s sounds like a great way to create an ADHD kid who hates committing to trying anything and then resents their parents for forcing them to do something they hate. I would not recommend that long of a time period with people that old.
