My bike has been converted to an ebike, so there is no front derailleur anymore. The bike really only shifts into 2 gears (out of the 7) and the numbers don’t match up.

My local bike shop quoted me $600 to fix it, which seems nuts considering derailleurs seem to go for $50-120 CAD depending on which one you need/want.

I attempted to adjust it, but a lot of the videos I watched people were turning the knob where the shift cable and derailleur meet, and mine is broken.
