      Its 1 cup of dried chickpeas, cut up carrots, onion, celery, fennel, 1/2 cup brown rice, 2 cubed up potatoes, nutritional yeast, persian dried lime, salt, pepper, regular squeezed lime, turmeric, and lots of dill, parsley and cilantro blasted in the pressure cooker for an hour
