Recently I had the pleasure of troubleshooting why all of the computers in the office had broken secure tunnels. It turns out that Microsoft pushed out an update that breaks Samba AD. The good news is the Samba team was very fast to put out a fix. The patch has already been pushed out to Debian and I’m sure its in many others. Its a pity it took me several hours on a Friday to figure out what had gone wrong.
