I’ve been loving chobani yogurt protein shakes lately, lost of protein and yummy 😋 past that I try to eat 3 meals a day and get 8hr sleep
I’m vegan, so that’s probably one of my main issues; I’ll look into my options. I need to do better about my schedule/routine, too…

there are vegan options for protein shakes (and liquid meals). mass gainer shakes are even better if you can find them (normally intended for bodybuilders but if you don’t “cut” afterwards you just get a bunch of fat)
