      Four portions with rice…

80 g boiled lentils Around 100 boiled chopped sweet potato 2 tbsp oregano 2 tbsp paprika

Fry onion and garlic, add 2 cans chopped tomatoes and 2/3 can water and simmer for around 15. Whack everything together in a glass dish and cook at 180 for 30 minutes.

Measures are British obviously. It’s dead easy

FYI, if you put two spaces at the end of your lines it makes them display how I think you intended. Why the layout in edit mode and posting is different I have no idea, but that’s the workaround.

Now that looks tasty! I really need to clean my stovetop. So I guess that’s on my list of things to do list today.

So my last appointment has all these rules about cleaning when you moved out.

When I moved in the oven wasn’t that clean. Infact the window on the front was thick with old grease you couldn’t see through it.

I had tried cleaning it multiple times with all sorts of ideas from the internet over the 5 years I lived there.

Nothing made a dent on that glass.

But when I was moving out I found a can of engine cleaner in my sink cabinet

I think I recall buying it for my car after some oil got on the motor but forgot about it.

Figured hey. It’s an electric oven. I’ll unplug it. Try this.

Yeah so it did actually clean the glass. It was amazing. I also had to leave the apartment for like 5 hours with the windows open.

But boy it really did clean that oven like it was new.

I did have to do a little scrubbing and reapplication. But yeah. Cheap engine cleaner.

I wouldn’t recommend it on a gas stove though. Probably pretty flammable.

Definitely unhealthy and I’ll probably get cancer now. Idk. Oven was super clean though.

Mmm lentils, that was our meal today too. Sort of a lentil salad/tabouli mashup, whole wheat grains, lentils, cucumber, tomato, onion & garlic, parsley, lemon, olive oil, feta.

My ex used to say lentils are the food closest to just being dirt, but he liked them.
