Specifically, I would like to filter the word “rule” in a post subject.
I don’t get the joke, and I’m tired of trying.

      Whatever, I don’t have to get the joke.
      I mostly don’t get count w chickin lady either, but at least its occasionally funny.
      I’ve not found a way to filter things as I describe, and I’m not annoyed enough to block 196.
