So? We’re way too far into the shit to be passively pointing out egregious crimes as if someone somewhere is listening, caring, and doing a damned thing about it.

I get a small grey text at the bottom of the popup that says: “continue without supporting us”. Clicking on that gives me the full article.
The notification blocking the content is really annoying… It’s a kind of entshittification for the user experience, imo.
Yes, definitely annoying and unpleasant. But then again, it’s a free service.

No great loss: at best, Mediaite only ever quotes other reporting. At worst, it’s like the above, which is a simple juxtaposition of “here’s what he said on TruthSocial plus what happened just after” so it’s not even a decent summarize and regurge.
Whenever I see Mediaite, I only ever open it to get the links to the real reporting they’re cribbing. This one didn’t even have that. I still upvote for visibility, but for real content anywhere else is usually better.
