Industry consolidation is bad for everyone. This is another company that will shutter EU operations and move to India. India is a de facto dictatorship of first past the post that ensures a steady supply of slave labour by having a de facto apartheid system based on castes even though de jure it passes the mustard to avoid EU sanctions.
