This community is like that community, except we allow articles, entries, books, files, help, items, pages, and resources from all wm:Wikimedia projects that you think are interesting—not just from Wikipedia—as eminent as it is. 🙂

Rules:

Only links to Wikimedia projects permitted. It can be Wikipedia, Wikiquotes, Wiktionary, Wikiversity, Wikispecies, Wikinews, etc—as long as it’s a Wikimedia project.
The only exception to rule 1. is each person in Lemmy.world or a federated instance can post one link to another non-commercial wiki every 10 days. (i.e. If you have one account, you get 1 posting from a non-WM wiki per 10 days; if you have 2 or more accounts, you get 1 posting from a non-WM wiki per 10 days; if you have say, 20 accounts on 10 instances, you, the user, don’t get to post 20 non-WM posts every 10 days, but again only one every 10 days (so pick your instance and account wisely, I suppose).)
Please stick to the format [optionally prefixes:] [article/entry/book/file/item/page/resource title] [optionally other descriptive text/editorialization]. For prefixes there is: [wm] Help:Interwiki linking on Wikimedia wikis.
Tick the NSFW box for submissions with inappropriate thumbnails

Recommended:

Again, this community allows Wikipedia articles, but it might be a better idea to post them in c/Wikipedia.
If possible, when submitting please delete the “m.” from “en.m.wikipedia.org” and the like. This will ensure people clicking from desktop will get the full Wikipedia website.
Use the search box to see if someone has previously submitted an article. Some apps will also notify you if you are resubmitting an article previously shared on Lemmy.
