For me, it’s access to cheese. There’s no one that sells cheese that isn’t queso fresco in my neighborhood and I can’t (don’t want to) use it for pizzas or pastas.

Really wish there was a path to walk to my grocery store. I live less than 1.5 miles as the bird flies. And I’m a man with pretty solid nerves. I would not wish that walk on most of my enemies.

There’s been times I need like five screws and instead of walking and getting my daily steps I have to get in my car and burn gas or risk dismemberment

  • I wish RadioShack or something like it still existed, and not just like how they were all glorified phone stores before vanishing entirely. I know I can get components online, but you usually have to buy bulk. Sometimes I just want ONE diode or capacitor; not a gross of 'em.

More spaces to meet and socialise, especially with strangers. The only time people hear about spaces like this is when it hits the local news that they’re shutting down.

The rise of American fascism wasn’t caused by trump and it won’t end with him. Changing trump wouldn’t change the broader political movement or landscape.

It isn’t small, but where I live the traffic is just insane. The reason for that is because it is a great place to live and therefore a lot of people live here.

So if I could I would reduce the traffic.

Personally I am tackling that by getting a job that will allow me to use my city’s Subway system.

fresh mozzarella is not super hard to make. Rennet might be the difficult part. But I do suggest taking on the dough and cheese on the home front if nothing locally is better. They are a minor pain to learn but worth it.
