The research confirms that taking paracetamol – also known as acetaminophen, or by brand names such as Panadol and Tylenol – does not increase a baby’s risk of autism, ADHD, or intellectual disability when used in pregnancy.
Paracetamol remains a safe and effective way to treat fever and pain at any stage of pregnancy.
I have my doubts that people who would believe Tylenol causes autism/ADHD/etc would have the capacity to believe the results of any study and/or review.
True, after all they did their own research by hearing a talking point on FOX News.
Yet the glaring evidence that Tylenol might be the leading cause of liver failure gets no attention ever. Fun fact: if you drink- don’t take NSAIDS.

They may make you feel better. Yet even so, anti-inflammitories like ibuprofen can cause stomach problems if taken with a lot of booze. (Don’t ever take Tylenol or acetaminophen with alcohol, since that can cause serious liver damage.)
And
Even when prescribed by physicians, new research from Switzerland suggests a higher dose of paracetamol makes it easier for people to accidentally poison themselves, and while this doesn’t often lead to death (we have an effective antidote), it can cause severe liver damage.
