Honestly yeah let’s see what would happen because for me it’s a win-win:
- Pope welcomes and shelters them just as Jesus would do, American “Christians” get embarrassed as they find themselves without a leg to stand on.
OR
- Pope ejects them from the Vatican and Catholic church hypocrisy is shown on full display.
The choice of words “bum rush” shows that they think these people are entering the country violently and causing chaos once they’re in. Which is just not the reality they live in.
Most of the people are entering peacefully and want to be productive when they get here.
