When were the license changes introduced?
Over a year ago. More specifically “March 20th, 2024” from the archlinux.org website.
I think it makes sense to let dust settle imo.
Fedora did it almost immediately
It is pretty clear Arch doesn’t seem to car about shipping license encumbered software
