Oddly enough, of their top 10 best selling games, Mass Effect was the lowest, and newer games were better selling. So sales figures say otherwise. Dumbing things down is bad for one audience, but good for another.

Glories of federation. It doesn’t always work.
I do this with tea. Poor cold cup.
I still use IRC. It’s great.
Also having problem in Thunder, but I think the issue is a redirect in Firefox mobile. It does it if I manually put in the good URL, too.
That appeal has ended in a settlement.
The fines, if even paid, were probably less than the settlement. That being said, the best case would have been going to court for precedence, but you can’t blame someone for cashing out if they’ve been a victim.
And 8 of them no less. The guess of this being test code leaking into prod is likely, but security focused companies need consequences for stuff like this. That being said:

Post the meme.
What if they narrowed existing lanes, a daily took land from surrounding businesses blaming Ford? Or tolled the shit out of the road for non local commuters until a multi use path was built with the funds?
I think the pink was originally in the article, but first search result found:
Derijks later told the press that he essentially “blacked out” from grief and anger in that moment. Interestingly, because the judge understood the immense emotional weight of the situation, she never filed a formal complaint against him, and he was not prosecuted for the outburst.

There’s an entire horror game genre about having only your phone flashlight during a power outage.
This is often on purpose. I have my own, and contribute to, many projects. Some of them have easy docs to get going, find things, etc, because they happen to be easy to manage. Others do not, because the only support time I have to give is to those who also have the time to put in the work.
And to be clear, it’s not that we look down on “those who aren’t willing to learn” or anything at all like that, we recognize others don’t have the time either. It’s just a natural filter that has to exist in free software.
He was blindsided by Shapiro’s involvement and is stuck in a terrible contract. https://lemmy.world/comment/26299853
Keep in mind he’s in his 80s, so he might not have been as investigative about the role as he would have historically been. He really just wanted to play the part of a good guy and jumped at it. Poor form from his rep.
Nope. The judge found it “understandable”. It’s been reported on since.
Hahaha port. Get a load of this person thinking COBOL is being ported! I bet they like the number 4.
